We are excited to introduce the new Sports Portal in our school activity management product. This feature simplifies school sports management by allowing you to create fixtures, gather parental consent, invite students to events, and even view sports match results—all in one place.

- The Sports portal is accessible to all users from the homepage, but the available features vary depending on each user's assigned permissions (Admin, Teachers etc)
- The landing page will show you all sports teams on the left; and the upcoming events across all teams on the right.
- Users can use the search bar on the top to search for the teams they are associated with, and mark them as favorites to have them show on the top of the page by default.
- When you click on a team, its upcoming fixtures appear on the right. You can view the players for each event by clicking 'View details'.
- When you click on the 'Results' tab, the event results in the past will appear. Click on Results/Report to see more details of the event.
- The 'Stats' tab provides a quick overview of the team's success rate and shows how many events took place within the selected date range.
The options from Step 7 onwards are only visible to you if you are an Admin, Sports Coordinator, or a staff associated to the team. - The 'Events'> 'Diary' tab shows you all upcoming events for the team, including weekly practice and matches.
- The 'People' tab allows you to add students/staff to the team, and view Guardian/Medical information. Note: When you add a student in this tab, it does not add them to any particular event. If you wish to add a student to an event, please notify/invite them at the event level from Reception>Registers.
- The 'Message' tab shows you the previous message sent to the team.
