Transport Reports

If you have the Transport module enabled, we currently have some reports dedicated to Transport. We will be adding to this list over time so please keep an eye out for new reports.

Asia

• Transport - Students not expected with No later preference (A4031)
• Transport: Student Bus Lists

EU & US

• Student Transport Preferences

To access these reports,

1. Click on Transport
2. Click on Reports
3. You can then select them from the dropdown box.

Transport - Students not expected with No later preference (A4031)

This shows students who have been removed from the Primary timeslot but they do not have a later transport option selected.

This can be filtered by Last/This/Next x Days/Weeks/Years and also shows the number of students per day/time.

Bus Lists Simple (Today)

Shows the student transport preferences for the current day.

Bus Lists by Day

Shows the student transport preferences for each day of the week.

Transport Preferences by Bus Number

Shows the student transport preferences for each day of the week with Bus Monitor details.

Transport Preferences - by TimeSlot

Shows the student transport preferences for each day of the week with Bus Monitor details ordered by TimeSlot. You can filter by TimeSlot.

Transport Preferences - by Student

Shows the student transport preferences for each day of the week with Bus Monitor details ordered by Last Name of the student. You can filter by TimeSlot.

Transport Preferences - by Bus Monitor

Shows the student transport preferences for each day of the week with Bus Monitor details ordered by Last Name of the Bus Monitor. You can filter by TimeSlot.
