Within ClubsBuddy you have the option of creating Membership Packages.

- Easily keep on top of membership payments
- Create unlimited Membership Packages for your Club/Organisation.
If you wish to create a Membership Package for your Club/Organisation you will need to contact the ClubsBuddy Team.
When a Membership Package is created in ClubsBuddy the following information is entered. Therefore, if you want to create a Membership Packages/s we will need to know the following information:-
- Name: Name of Membership Package, for example, Youth Membership
- Organisation: Name of your Club/Organisation
- Description: Description of the Membership Package
- Cost: Cost of Membership Package (the currency will be the currency we have set up for your organisation)
- Duration: Duration of the Package (This can be in days, months, or years)
- Automatic renewal: Is the Package automatically renewed? if yes then the Member will be automatically charged
- Expiry date: Expiry date of the Package
- Send member renewal reminder: If this is selected, you are able to choose how many dates before the expiry the Member will receive the renewal communication
- Number of people in the membership: This is can be edited to suit the membership (family/sibling memberships)
