Prerequisites for the test signup:
- You have an activated test Parent account linked to a test Student - Setting up your Test Parent Accounts (linking to our test students)
- You have created a container with activities or events that are open to sign up
- Your test student is in an eligible group and able to sign up
It is a good idea to see what the system looks like from a parent perspective so that you can anticipate any questions you may get and amend anything before going live.
If you have all of the prerequisites above then you are ready to test.
- Switch to your parent account and you should see your active container under the Activities and Clubs tab.
- Click Select or Choose depending on which container you are testing and complete the sign up as the parent.
- Once complete you will receive a confirmation email with details of the event/ activity.
