It's a good idea to preview the system from a parent's perspective to anticipate any questions and make necessary adjustments before going live.
If you have completed all of the prerequisites for testing signups below, then you are ready to proceed:
- Ensure you have an activated test Parent account linked to a test Student. You can Setting up your Test Parent Accounts (linking to our test students).
- Create a container with activities or events that are open for sign-ups.
- Confirm that your test student is in an eligible group and able to sign up.
To complete a test signup as a test Parent, please follow the steps:
- Switch to your parent account and navigate to the Activities & Clubs.
- Locate your active container and click Select or Choose, depending on the container you are testing.
- Complete the signup process as a test parent.
- Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the event/activity.
