- Now publish only selected events
1. Embedded Video Chat for PTCs
Now you can choose whether to use online PTCs via URL (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Teams, GoogleMeet) or use our own embedded video chat instead. This allows parents or students to click the link directly from the diary event and remain within SchoolsBuddy for their meeting rather than being taken to a different site.

2. Delete or Cancel Events Altogether
For events generated from a preference container you can now delete or cancel these altogether for a specific date range.
4. Booking Confirmation Countdown Timer
When parents are making a booking they now have a 15 minute countdown to complete their booking before the page will time out and their booking will no longer remain.
6. Publish Selected Events Only
In instant book and PTC containers you can now decide whether you publish all events at once or only selected events. This is useful if you do not want to release certain events yet or you are still waiting for information from others before you can publish.
