Below, you’ll find a complete list of reports available under the Reception, Fees, and Transport tabs. Click on each section to expand and view more details.
Reception Tab Reports
- All Groups Active & Archived (102): View details of all groups, whether they are Available for Sign Up, On Hold, Archived or Active, and whether they have Signups open. See which staff members lead groups.
- Attendance Dashboard (By Student & Group) (112.1): View recent absentees, check staff attendance register compliance, and track top attendees. Filter by grade/year or event type.
- CCA Fees Billing Check (101): Check if students who joined a club after billing still need to be charged.
- Class Homeroom Lists And Students With No Events (107.2): Filter upcoming/past events by class. Identify students with no upcoming events.
- Custom Data (500): Shows data captured from forms, linked or unlinked to containers.
- ECA/CCA Catalogue + Staff & Location Checker (108.1): Export club/group details, check for staff/location clashes.
- Email Templates HTML Viewer (106): View email templates sent to parents/students/staff.
- Event Consent (109): Summaries and details of events requiring parent consent.
- Event List with Group Filter (215): Daily event list including cancelled events and bookings.
- Fixture & ECA Student Count Analysis (113.1): View student participation in sports fixtures by grade/gender.
- Instant Book and Pay - No Bookings (120.1): Students without bookings in Instant Book and Pay containers.
- Last Logged In Data (601.1): Last login for parents, staff, and students.
- Minutes Attended (Exit Mark Required) (201.1): Minutes attended per student.
- MIS/SIS Absent Check (402.1): Cross-check event attendance with MIS/SIS absence records.
- Parent Teacher Conference Attendance Details (114.2): Attendance details for Parent Teacher Conferences.
- Parent Teacher Conference Details (114.1): Booked appointment stats, teacher schedules, and unbooked students.
- Pupil Premium & SEN Summaries (004.1): Attendance summaries for students with Pupil Premium/SEN (data access dependent).
- Staff Export (002.1): Staff details and roles.
- Student Count by Groups/Class/Events per Container (301.1): Student counts across events and classes.
- Student Dismissal List (110.1): List of all students for dismissal, regardless of activity.
- Student groups by Container (118.3): Live student group list by container, sortable by name or group.
- Student Parent Export (001): Student and up to 2 parent contacts.
- Student Parent Export with Group Filter (210): Same as above, with group filtering.
- Student Selections/allocations by Container (119.1): View student preferences and allocation history.
- Students With No Groups (118.5): Identify students not in groups for relevant containers.
- Subject Classes/School Sets (003.1): Shows subject classes or sets per school.
Fees Tab Reports
- Accounts Overview (124.1): Student and parent accounts overview.
- Cash Position (Wallet/Credit Balances) (105): Wallet and voucher balances for parents and students.
- CCA Fees Billing Check (101): (Also in Reception tab) Identify students needing billing post-club joining.
- Email Templates HTML Viewer (106): (Also in Reception tab) View outgoing email templates.
- Events Attended But Not Billed: Students who attended but were not billed.
- Finance Dashboard (123): Reconciliation tool for payment providers. Multiple summary tabs.
- Finance Event Detail Report (103): Event-level financial breakdowns.
- Finance Summary by Container (104): Financials by container, with payment method breakdown.
- Minutes Attended (Exit Mark Required) (201.1): Also listed under Reception.
- Parent Wallet Transaction (125): In/out transactions from parent wallets.
- Student Count by Groups/Class/Events per Container (301): Group/class/event counts per container.
Transport Tab Reports
- MIS/SIS Absent Check (402.1): Also listed under Reception and Fees. Cross-check absentees.
- Student Transport Preferences (401): View each student's transport preferences.
- Transport - Students not expected with No later preference (403.1): Students missing a later transport preference but expected to need one.
- Transport Attendance (412.1): Transport event attendance details.
- Transport Change Requests (420.1): History and current transport change requests.
