If you have the Transport module enabled, we offer specific reports tailored towards Transport. We plan to continue to expand and update Transport Reports, so keep an eye out for any upcoming new additions.
Transport Specific Reports Available:
Student Transport Preferences (401) - Shows the Transport Preferences for students
Transport - Students not expected with No later preference (403.1) - Shows students that don't have a late preference transport option but need one
Transport Attendance (412.1) - Shows the attendance details for students for Transport events
Transport Change Requests (420.1) - Shows details of current and historical Transport Change Requests
To access reports from the Transport tab:
- Click on the 'Transport' module
- Click on the 'Reports' tab
- Select your required report from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. Please note, more reports will be added and you may ask about specific reports here.
Student Transport Preferences (401)
There are 5 tabs for this report:
- Student Transport Preferences
- Student List - AM and PM/Late Bus
- Permission to Walk
- Students With No Transport Preferences
- Student Transport Preferences with Parent Emails
Student Transport Preferences
Shows the student transport preferences for each day of the week with Bus Monitor details.
Transport - Students not expected with No later preference (403.1)
There is 1 tab for this report:
- Students with No Late Preference (but need one)
This shows students who have been removed from the Primary time slot but they do not have a later transport option selected.
This can be filtered by Last/This/Next x Days/Weeks/Years and also shows the number of students per day/time.
