The Block Dates page in a PTC container is mainly for review: it shows the dates your school has blocked. If a PTC date is blocked, untick Use Organisation Block Dates in the container settings so the PTC can go ahead.

What block dates do for a PTC
Block dates are less relevant for PTCs, because you would not usually schedule conferences on public holidays or similar dates. Use the page to review which dates the school has marked as block dates.
If a PTC date is blocked
A block date stops activities being scheduled on that day. If your PTC falls on one, untick Use Organisation Block Dates at the container level to allow the PTC to go ahead.
