Please note: If you are trying to make payments via an Apple device on a Safari browser window and the page to enter your credit card details is not appearing you need to turn off the iOS popup blocker.

If you have tried to make a Payment within SchoolsBuddy and an error has occurred, this could be due to your saved card details being wrong. If your card details have been saved in an autofill function or browser extension, and your details have changed this could cause an error when trying to process a payment. You may need to update your card details or stored billing address.
To make sure you are entering the correct details, try using a private browser.
If your payment is rejected and you think this is in error, contact your school with details of the transaction for them to investigate with their payment provider. Please provide them with:
- Your name
- Your child's name
- Your email address (the one used to login to SchoolsBuddy)
- Event/ Activity you were trying to pay for
- Cost of Event/ Activity you were trying to pay for
- The last 4 digits of the card you were trying to make payment with and the card type
