In order to reset your password you must go to your school's home page, then click 'Forgotten Password'.
Following this, you will be taken to a screen like the one shown below. Enter the email address in which your SchoolsBuddy account is associated with and select the Request Reset Token' button.
A confirmation message will appear on the screen, as seen below, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Please note: The link in the Password Reset Email is only valid for 21 days.
This is an example of the email you will receive. Click the 'Click here to reset your password' link or copy and paste the web address provided into your browser.
Following this, you will be taken to the Password Reset page. Now you can create a new Password which will be used to log into your SchoolsBuddy account.
Alternatively, you can contact your School to request a 'Password Reset Email' from them directly.
