What can I do in Trips Portal:

Create and organise school trips

Send invitations directly to parents
- Track parents' response status
- View and manage trip attendees
Accessing the Trips Portal:
You can find the Trips Portal on your SchoolsBuddy Homepage or from the left-hand side menu.
Who can access it?

All staff members can view upcoming trips
-
Only Admins and Trip Coordinators can create and manage upcoming trips
- If a Teacher is appointed as Trip Leader, they can manage the event and send invitation for the assigned trips.

External coaches do not have access to the portal
