In order to make your Transport Route Selections,
- Click the Activities & Clubs box as your school is using this for Transport sign-up
You will see one or more options depending on what is available to you. There will be one option per Transport sign-up that you will need to select. - Click the Select button
- The bus route option (AM/PM/Late etc) will be listed. To sign up for a bus for your child(ren), click the box next to your child's name.
- After all the bookings have been selected, select the Book button.
- When you click Book, if your school has NOT pre-assigned places on routes for any/some of your children (this is indicated by your child's name showing in red with a warning triangle next to their name), the follow will show in the pop up box:
A. Child's Name
B. Do you require a Bus for any day of the week - Click this option to indicate you want a bus for this child for ANY day of the week and further options will be added to the screen: - Click the drop down arrow and Select Bus - (other options will be displayed later in the process)
- You will then be asked to select a Route and a Stop on that Route.
- Once you have done this, click OK.
- The display will change to show the Route/Stop for every day. At this point you can make changes to the method on any given day by clicking the drop down option for that day and making a selection from the alternatives listed. Please note if you want to change the Route and/or Stop for a specified day, you will need to contact the school to ask for this to be done.
- When you are happy that all the information is correct, and you have completed the tabs for all your children, please click OK
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions by clicking the box and the OK button
A summary of the bookings selected will be displayed with the option to go back and make any changes.
- Click Book when you want to confirmation your selections.
A confirmation message will appear on screen and you will receive an email with of the Transport Options selected.
