Go to your school’s SchoolsBuddy home page and select Forgotten Password. Enter the email address linked to your account, select Request Reset Token, then use the link in the email to set a new password. The link is valid for 21 days.

How do I log in if I have forgotten my password?
For parents who cannot sign in because they have forgotten their SchoolsBuddy password.
Reset your password

Go to your school’s SchoolsBuddy home page and select Forgotten Password.

Enter the email address linked to your SchoolsBuddy account and select Request Reset Token.

A confirmation message appears on screen and we send you an email with a link to reset your password.

In the email, select the Click here to reset your password link, or copy the web address in the email and paste it into your browser.

On the Password Reset page, create a new password. You will use this to sign in to SchoolsBuddy.
The link in the password reset email is only valid for 21 days.
Can my school send me the reset email?
Yes. You can ask your school to send you a password reset email directly.
