Sports Portal - Adding a Sports Fixture for all group members (Without Parent Consent)

Please follow the below steps to create an event for all group members:

  1. In sports portal, Click on +Add Event on the top right corner

  2. Select an event type

  3. Select the group you are inviting, and who should the communication go to

  4. Select the 'All of group included - NO consent required' option, and click Next

  5. Fill in the event time and location. You can set different Meeting and Pickup locations if different from the event venue. If this is a repeating event, please only put the start time and end time for the first event; you can set the repeating rule later.

  6. Fill in the Vital Information and Additional Information for the event, and click Next

  7. Enter the opponent team's name and select a kit style and colors for them, and click Next

  8. If this is a recurring series of events, please specify the repeat occurrence and the end date for the recurrence, and click Save

  9. Review the event details, and click Save to confirm 

  10. You can view the events created on the specified dates and the students listed in the registers in your diary or under Reception > Registers shortly.
