Within SchoolsBuddy the system will send parents / students or teachers automated emails when a task has been completed. For example, when you have manually booked a student onto an event the parent will receive an email. You are able to view the automated email templates under Reception (A) | Reports (B) | Email Templates HTML Viewer (C).

Register: Notify parents of absentee Yes   After the register has been taken
Register: Notify staff of absentee   Yes After the register has been taken
Events: Manual Booking Yes   When the school's admin team have manually added a student to the event
Events: Parent Booking (Free) Yes   After the parent has confirmed booking
Events: Parent Booking (Paid) Yes   After the parent has paid
Preference container: Parent confirmation on selecting activities Yes   After you have submitted your request to the school on the activities you have picked in a preference container
Preference container: After events have been generated on preference containers - to confirm selections Yes   Once the schools' admin has sent out confirmation after generating events
Containers: As a Join Request Admin, I receive a notification when students request to join   Yes After the parent or student has requested to join
Containers: As a Group Lead Organiser, I receive a notification when students request to join   Yes After the parent or student has requested to join
