To cancel bookings for instant book events (and remove the student from attendance registers), please follow the steps below:
- Click on Activities & Clubs (this may be labeled differently according to your school's preferences) and find the relevant instant book container. Click Manage.
- Select View Events / Bookings.
- Click on the date of the session you would like to cancel for the student.
- Click on the red trash can icon next to the name of the student you would like to cancel. The Attendees list is displayed with a trash can icon next to each student's name.
- A delete booking window will pop up and here you have the option to adjust all charges to zero. (This option is on by default but can be removed by clicking the checkbox.)
- Click the Delete booking button. This will remove the charges and return any paid monies to the Parent wallet (if checkbox ticked). The student will be removed from the register as well as the event being removed from their diary. If you do not wish to return any fees to the parent, then untick Adjust all charges to zero.Â
