Student Accounts Overview

In this article, we will go through the Student Accounts Overview page. This tab can be found within the Fees Module. Please note that you need the Fees Permission to access this tab.

Student Accounts Overview

The student account balance shows any outstanding charges that have not been marked as paid.

This is a View Only page, you are not able to make any adjustments to the outstanding balance here.

1. The total outstanding balance for each student is displayed in the Balance column.
2. To view a breakdown of the balance, click on the View Transactions tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. A list of all transactions (charges and payments) will appear. Use the date range filter at the top to view transactions from a specific period or to see earlier charges.

Both Parents can log in to SchoolsBuddy and pay off the debt on the student's account, or staff can use the Record Payments tab to mark the outstanding balance as paid if the parents have settled the fees outside of SchoolsBuddy.
