Occasionally, you may need to modify event details after publishing. However, once an event is published, it cannot be unpublished. If you need to make changes, please refer to this article for the process.
- Select 'View Events/Bookings' from the menu on the left
- Select the first event for the activity you would like to amend
- Click 'Details' to the right-hand side
- Scroll down on the Details page, and make the relevant changes, and click 'Save'.
You can make bulk changes for the entire series for the below item:- Place limits
- Price per session
- Percentage to pay upfront
- Event Organiser
- Location
- Event type
- You aren't able to change the date and the time of the events for the entire series, but you can make change to an individual event.
- Upon clicking Save, a pop-up window will appear, asking if you wish to apply the changes to the following events in the series.
- If you do, please click Apply Changes
- If this change only applies to an individual event, please click Leave Other Events
- The updates will then appear on the event details.
If the time or day of the week for an entire series needs to be changed, you will need to either update each event individually or re-create the series. If bookings already exist, please do not re-create the events, as this could affect existing bookings and billing information.
If no bookings have been made, you can delete the existing events and create a new series. To delete an event, select the Delete option in Step 4 above, then click Apply Changes in Step 5.
