Instant book - Publish Event

Once events are created, the next step is to publish them so they become live and bookable.
Until events are published, parents will not be able to make bookings, and teachers will not see the registers in their diaries.

Please see the steps below:

  1. To publish the events, go to the Publish Events tab.

  2. You’ll see a summary of all the events created in the last phase. Review the details to make sure everything is correct, then toggle on the events you’re ready to publish. If you want to publish everything at once, you can use Select All to turn them on in one go.

  3. Click the I confirm tick box
  4. Click the Publish tab.

Once the events are published, you can begin making manual bookings.
When the sign-up open/close dates (set at the container level) take effect, parents and students will also be able to sign up for the events.

⚠️ Important Note:

  1. After publishing, you can still make changes to event details, but some details—such as the day of the week and event times—cannot be updated in bulk.

  2. For students and parents to sign up, the events must be published and the sign-up period must be open. The sign-up window is controlled by the open/close dates set at the container level.
