Select the Bookings tab, find the holiday camp and select Select. Tick the events for each child, select Book, agree to the terms and conditions, then choose Card and select Pay.

Making a holiday camp or Instant Book & Pay event booking in ClubsBuddy
For parents booking and paying for holiday camps or similar events in ClubsBuddy.
Book the events
Select the Bookings tab. It may have a different name depending on the club or organisation.

Find the holiday camp and select Select.

The available bookings are listed. Tick the box for each child and event you want to book. Selected boxes turn blue with a tick. Then select Book.

Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then select the green OK tab. Terms and conditions vary by school or club.
Pay for the booking
A summary of your bookings appears, with the event details and costs. Check the events are correct.

Select Card as the payment method and select Pay.

In the payment pop-up, enter your email (the one linked to your ClubsBuddy account), card number and expiry date (month and year). You can choose to remember the card. Then select the blue Pay tab.
When the booking is confirmed, you receive an email with a summary.
