Sign in and select the Activities & Clubs tab, then select Select on the breakfast club or trip. Turn on the toggle next to your child’s name for each booking, select Book, accept the terms and select Pay. You get a confirmation email when it is done.

Making an Instant Book booking for activities, breakfast club or trips
For parents booking an activity, club or trip for their child in SchoolsBuddy.
Choose your bookings

Sign in to SchoolsBuddy. You start on the homepage. Select the Activities & Clubs tab.
Your school may use a different name for this tab.

You see one or more boxes, depending on what is available to you. Find the breakfast club or school trip box and select Select.

The available bookings are listed. To book one, turn on the toggle next to your child’s name. You can filter the list by day, group or event type.

Once you select a booking, a timer next to Book shows how long you have to complete your selections. When you have chosen everything, select Book.
Confirm and pay

Read the terms and conditions in the pop-up. To accept them, turn on the toggle and select OK.

A summary of your bookings and the total amount appears. To change your bookings, select Edit/ Add More. If you are happy, select Pay.
Depending on your school’s online payment provider, a pop-up asks for your card details.
A confirmation message appears on screen and you receive an email with a summary of your bookings.
Can I pay with childcare vouchers?
Depending on your school’s policy, you may be able to pay by childcare voucher before you give the vouchers to the school. A debit is added to your voucher balance and cleared when the school receives the voucher.
