Your SchoolsBuddy account shows charges for activities and trips, payments you have made and any credit in your wallet.
Download a statement
- Open FeesGo to the Fees tab.
- Choose the datesSelect the date range you want.
- ExportSelect History, then Export and choose PDF or CSV. It downloads after a few minutes.

What is my wallet?
Your wallet holds credit, usually from a refund when an event is cancelled or a charge is reduced.
Is wallet credit used automatically?
No. It stays in your wallet until you use it for a booking or payment, or the school applies it for you.
Why did a charge go down?
The school may have adjusted it, for example as a correction or a discount. If you had already paid, the difference goes into your wallet.
Why do I not see my card payment in my wallet?
The wallet only shows payments made with wallet credit. Card payments appear in your statement.
