Safari is blocking the payment window. Go to Settings > Safari (on iOS 18 or later, Settings > Apps > Safari) and turn off Block Pop-ups. Then go back to SchoolsBuddy and try the payment again.

Payment page will not open in Safari on iPhone or iPad
When you pay in Safari, your card details open in a secure window from the payment provider. If Safari blocks that window, nothing happens when you select Pay, or the page freezes.
Allow pop-ups in Safari

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Scroll down and select Safari. On iOS 18 or later, select Apps first, then Safari.

Turn off Block Pop-ups. The switch shows grey when it is off.
Close Safari fully, open SchoolsBuddy again and retry the payment.
You can turn Block Pop-ups back on once your payment has gone through.
Still not working?
The bank verification screen does not appear
Some banks ask you to approve the payment in their app or with a code. Keep SchoolsBuddy open, approve the payment in your banking app, then return to Safari. If the screen never appears, check that Block Pop-ups is off and that you are not using Private Browsing.
I use Private Browsing or a content blocker
Private Browsing and content blockers can stop the payment window from loading. Open SchoolsBuddy in a normal Safari tab, or turn off the content blocker for this site, and try again.
I want to try another way
Try the SchoolsBuddy app, another browser such as Chrome, or a computer.
The payment shows an error message
See Payment errors for what each message means and what to do next.
Before paying again, check your bank statement or SchoolsBuddy account. If the first payment went through, paying again will charge you twice.
