Occasioanlly the school might add new classes for a teacher after you have published the meetings for the upcoming PTC. You do not need to create a new group for the teacher when this happens, instead please simply add the new classes to the teacher's existing group.
In the below example, we will show you how to add the new class IB DP Economics HL (DP 1) for the teacher Anita Harper, whose group has been created for their other classes.
1. Go to the Teachers tab in the PTC container.
2. Find the teacher and click 'Edit' on their group.
3. Select 'Available to', a pop up box will appear.
4. Filter by Subject Class, and search by the class name or the teacher's name.
5. Add the new class.
6. Save the selection.
7. Save the group settings.
The system will take a couple of minutes to update the settings, the students in the newly added class will then be eligible to book with this teacher.
