How can staff view their schedule for a parent evening/parent teacher conference?

 Please note: This must be done on a desktop and is unavailable on the App.

  1. Click the 'Reception' tab. (This may be labelled differently due to your school's preferences)

  2. Select the 'Staff Schedule' tab

  3. Search for the teacher's name
  4. Set the date range
  5. Click on the member of staff and the schedule will appear
  6. If required, this schedule can be printed by clicking the 'Print' button

  7. If you search for your own name and you have PTC appointments, then you are able to Block Out / Unblock appointments, if the settings for your school allow this. Please read this article for more information about how to do this: Blocking out Parents' Evening / Parent Conference time slots - as a Teacher

As a staff member, you can record attendance for the PTC from your SchoolsBuddy diary/calendar.
