What is a group within ClubsBuddy?
- A group is any collection of members from your Club/Organisation.
- A Club/Organisation can have multiple groups (unlimited).
- A Club/Organisation member can belong to multiple groups.
Groups can be used for the purpose of:
- Communication between Staff, Members, and Parents of Members.
- Organising events.
- Collecting payments.
- Notifying members of team selections.
- Sending members invites for events.
A group can take seconds to create and can be archived or renamed at any time. Please see the guide how to create a group.
