If you need to add more student places to an event after they have been published, you are able to do this from inside the container.
1. Select the 'Activities, Clubs & Admin' tab (this may be labelled differently due to your School's preferences)
2. Select the container type, in this scenario 'Instant Book' and 'Manage'
3. Select 'View Events/Bookings' from the menu on the left
4. Select the event you would like to amend
5. Click 'Details' to the right-hand side
6. Scroll to 'Number of Places' where you can change the figure to the number of students you wish to be able to attend.
7. Select green 'Save' button
Preference Based Containers
1. Select 'Activities and Clubs Admin' (this may be labelled differently in your school)
2. Select Preference Based Sign Up (this may be labelled differently in your school) then click 'Manage' on the container you wish to edit
3. You will automatically be taken to Groups where you need to click 'Edit' on the group you wish to change.
