There are two ways of accessing SchoolsBuddy, either via Single Sign On (SSO) or direct by being sent an activation email and setting up a password. If you are using SSO then you will simply need to click the correct method on the login page and use your existing credentials for this method.
If your school is not using SSO then please see the instructions below.
As a staff member, you will be sent an activation email to set-up your SchoolsBuddy staff account.
- When you have received the activation email from your School, click the link which will be provided in the email.
- When clicked, a new internet window will appear as one shown in the image below. From here, you can create a password which will be used when logging into your School's SchoolsBuddy site. The email used for the login will automatically be the email to which the activation email was sent. Please note that for optimum security your password must include the elements shown, for example Uppercase, Number and Special symbol.
- Once you have successfully set and confirmed your new password, click the blue 'Continue' tab.
- You will then be able to log into your School's SchoolsBuddy web portal.
