Fraudulent transaction / Declined Payment reports (PaySafe)

On some occasions a payment provider may notify you that a bank has declined to pay as a transaction has been marked as fraudulent. Your payment provider will notify you of this so that you can decide what action to take but they may not give you enough details to identify the payer immediately.

For PaySafe / Netbanx payments, you can identify the transaction details using the Conf Number provided in their email to you:

Look up the Conf Nbr in Netbanx Reports and find the Transaction number which is stored in SchoolsBuddy:

Next go to the Finance Dashboard Report, Transactions tab in SchoolsBuddy and search for the Reference in the filters on the right. This will give you all the details about the payments and related details. (Scroll across for more info)
