The Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) / Parents’ Evening module in SchoolsBuddy enables schools to plan, manage, and run parent-teacher conferences in a structured and efficient way. It allows parents to book meeting slots with teachers online, while giving staff clear visibility into schedules, availability, and attendance.

The module supports 

  • In-person meeting booking

  • Online meetings hosted via external platforms (such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or

  • Embedded video conferencing within SchoolsBuddy.

This module is designed to reduce administrative workload, prevent double bookings, and deliver a smooth booking experience for both parents and staff.
