PTC - Making a manual Parents Evening / Parent Conference booking

  1. Select the Activities & Clubs tab. (This may be labelled differently due to your School's preferences)

  2. Select the Parent teacher Conference tab (This may be labelled differently due to your School's preferences)

  3. Select the Manage button next to the parents evening/parent conference container you require.

  4. Select the Preview/Manual Booking tab

  5. Type the name of the pupil you wish to make a booking for and select their name.
  6. The bookable time slots for the selected student will be displayed. Select the time slot they have requested
  7. A summary of the time slots booked will be displayed on the right side of the screen. If you need to amend the time chosen, select the Red Delete and re-select the time you require.
  8. There will also be a countdown timer starting at 15 minutes during which time you must make the booking. If this counts down to 0, then you will have to start the booking process again.
  9. When the correct times have been selected, select Book

  10. Select Confirm on the summary screen and a booking confirmation message will appear and the parents will receive a booking confirmation email.
