For staff adding sports events who need to choose an invitation type.
The four invitation types
| Invitation type | Use it when |
|---|---|
| All of group included: NO consent required | You are adding the event to every student's diary without asking for consent. |
| Select from group: NO consent required | You are selecting specific students from the group and adding the event to their diaries without consent. |
| Consent with auto selection | You are asking for consent for some students or the whole group, and want their names added to the register as soon as consent is given. |
| Consent with manual selection | You are asking for consent for some students or the whole group, and will then choose students from those who consented. |
