Making After School Club selections and choosing Transport options in the App (ASAs, ECAs, CCAs)

Click on Bookings, or Choose the activities you want under Available Signups.

 Click X to close the Help Information, you can open it again if you want to. Click the day(s) to see the groups available to your child (or children). You can also Search for a group name.

Choose the activities you want.  If school clubs are very popular you might not get your first choice (1).   Add a 2nd choice (2), 3rd choice (3) (up to 5 choices depending on school settings) and your child has a good chance of getting an activity. N/A means not applicable/ not chosen.

When you have finished, click Next (4) to review your choices. Click ✅ (5) to send your choices to school.

You can also Save for later if you need to (maybe you want to check with your partner or children). To change your choices, click Edit on the Review page.

Your school might ask you if your children need transport home after clubs.  If there is no transport go to step 7.  Choose Bus - Yes/ No , click Bus, Route and Stop, then OK. 

You can change some days to 'Walk' or 'Parent pick up' if you want (depending on your school's settings). You must choose transport for every day, even if you only choose clubs on one day. The school needs to know what to do if your child is late going home on any day.  If you have more than one child, complete the form for all children and click OK.

Read and click 'I agree to the terms and conditions' and your choices are sent to the school.

You will receive email confirmation.

The school automatically allocates clubs after all parents have given their choices. You will get another email confirming which clubs have been allocated or not allocated.

You can see the allocated clubs in Calendar/ Diary.
