If you would like to cancel your booking, then you can do this through the Activities & Clubs tab.
1. When you first login, you'll be directed to your homepage, where you can then click onto the Activities & Clubs tab.

2. Once you are inside the "Available Signups" page, click on the select button to view all available and completed bookings.

To find your booking, simply scroll down to locate your booking. You will see 'booked' written in green and a trash can icon to the right of the booking.
4. To cancel your booking, click the trash can icon and you will be presented with the option to proceed and cancel the booking or to keep the booking.
4. Upon selecting Cancel Booking, a confirmation message will appear. If the School have chosen the option to automatically refund any payments made, the reimbursement value will be shown and the funds will be transferred to your Wallet (Credit or Voucher Wallet depending on the original payment method used).
5. Once you have cancelled your booking, and the fee has been refunded to your wallet, you can view the refunded amount on your homepage.
If you are unsure if you have successfully cancelled your booking, please reach out to your school's administrative team for further clarification.Â
If the school has not opted to allow for automatic reimbursements, then you will need to contact the organiser of the event for further information.
