As standard, teachers are able to block out their own time slots. If you would like to disable this ability for teachers to block out time slots, please email help@schoolsbuddy.com.
Please note: This must be done on a desktop computer and is unavailable on the App.
- Click the Activites & Clubs Admin tab.
- Go to your Parent Teacher Conference view.
- Click on Manage on the container
- Click on View Events/Bookings.
- Select the group in question you would like to block out time for.
- You'll see a list of the individual PTC slots for the teacher in question. Tick the slots you would like to block out
- Click on Block Out Selected. This should confirm the slot being blocked out automatically. Blocked out times should show in Orange.
- To unblock time, just click the slots you would like to unblock, and click on Un-Block Selected. The slots that are unblocked should be shown in White. Booked meetings will be shown in red.
